We're proponents of lifelong learning and try to practice what we preach. Unfortunately, our attempts at mastering clairvoyance aren't going super well, so we're having trouble predicting all of the questions you may have. But we're taking a stab at a few of them!
Where does my order ship from?
Most orders will ship from our book distributors in Tennessee or Washington DC. For customers in the Midwest, West Coast, Alaska, or Hawaii, we'll try to send off the order from a closer fulfillment center whenever possible so that you get it sooner and with less of an environmental impact.
Why are shipping options limited?
We're working on supporting more shipping options in the near future. For now, though, we wanted to keep things simple so that we can set flat shipping rates and save you money.
Will you ever carry fiction?
Maybe. For now, we wanted to be really focused on doing a few things well, which means starting with nonfiction. As we grow, we may expand to include fiction as well.
I'm looking for a specific book, but it doesn't seem to be in stock. Can you order it for me?
